These terms apply to the MedCoord Academy website and its educational resources. By using a resource, you agree to these terms. If you make a purchase through an active checkout, the product description, final price, currency, delivery details, and any specific purchase terms shown there also apply. A listing without an active checkout cannot be purchased through this site.
Educational scope
Our coordinator and patient materials are for general education and communication practice. They do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, qualify a person to practise medicine, or replace individual assessment by a licensed clinician. Decisions about treatment, suitability, emergencies, and recovery must be made with a qualified care team.
Orders and digital access
Where a paid product is offered, review the product description and total price before placing an order. Access is granted as described on the product page and order confirmation once payment is confirmed. Free downloads are available through their displayed download link when a complete file is available. Contact medcoordacademy@gmail.com if access does not work. The Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations Policy forms part of these terms.
Personal license and copyright
© 2026 MedCoord Academy. All rights reserved. Unless a product expressly says otherwise, we grant the recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the resource for their own personal or individual professional learning. You may apply what you learn in your work, but you may not share the file or substantial extracts, upload it to a shared library, resell it, distribute it to colleagues or patients, sublicense it, or use it in another product or course without our written permission. Buying a file does not transfer copyright. Contact us about team or institutional use.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use resources in a way that infringes another person’s rights. We may restrict access for misuse, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Accuracy and liability
We aim to keep educational materials clear and current, but medical practice, clinical guidance, and regulations can change. Resources are supplied for education and may be revised. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made from generalized information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Questions and changes
For support, permissions, or complaints, write to medcoordacademy@gmail.com. We may update these terms for future use; the version effective when you purchase governs that order, except where a change is required by law. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force regardless of these terms.
