Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations
How digital resources are provided and how to get help with an order.

Our resources are digital; no physical item is shipped. A free resource with an available file can be downloaded from its product page. For any paid product, its page and checkout will state the format, contents, delivery method, and any access conditions before payment. If a promised file or link does not arrive or open, email medcoordacademy@gmail.com with the title, order email, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or health records.
Cancellation and change of mind
If you purchase a digital product and access has not begun, contact us promptly to request cancellation. We will honor any withdrawal or cancellation right required by the law that applies to your order. Some laws exclude a change-of-mind withdrawal after an immediately supplied digital download begins; where prior express consent and acknowledgement are required, that exception applies only if we obtain them correctly at checkout. These conditions do not remove your rights for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered content.
When we refund
Contact us if you were charged twice, received the wrong resource, cannot access a purchased file, or believe the product is faulty or materially unlike its description. We will first help restore access or supply the correct file, and provide a refund where required by law or where the problem cannot be resolved. A refund request should include the order email, product name, date, and reason. We will review it promptly and tell you the outcome by email.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, unless the law requires or you agree to another method. We initiate a valid refund without undue delay and, where a statutory withdrawal period applies, within the time required by that law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. No physical return is required for a digital file.
One-time products
Individual ebooks and handbooks are one-time digital resources unless a product page expressly states a recurring plan. There is no automatic renewal for a one-time purchase. If a recurring offer is introduced, its renewal and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase.
